Good morning Mike, I watched your presentation on “Use a Calendar to set/change your “on-call” schedule” and found it quite interesting. i was wondering if you wouldn’t mind sharing some additional information about the process i.e. you mentioned that a powershell script is required, etc. I am very interested in this process.
I might not fully understand your question but maybe this will help — Using LogicMonitor’s “datasource” feature which in this case basically runs a script every X minutes, that does the “sync” from Calendar to LogicMonitor escalation chains to set it to go to the specified people. I designed and provide the PowerShell script that does this. It’s “embedded” in the “datasource” file which is an XML file that you import/add into LogicMonitor.
